1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. Some are essential for the site to work; others help us understand how it is used.
2. Your consent
We manage cookies with our own genuine prior-consent system: until you accept, no analytics or tracking cookies are loaded. You can accept, reject or configure your preferences from the banner shown on entry, and change them whenever you like from the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.
3. Types of cookies we use
- Technical cookies (necessary): enable navigation and the booking engine. They do not require consent.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): help us understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. They load only if you accept them.
- Advertising cookies (Google Ads): measure the effectiveness of our campaigns (conversion attribution). They load only if you accept them.
- Security (Cloudflare Turnstile): protects the booking form against bots. It is a strictly necessary technical security measure; it does not track you for advertising and does not require consent.
- Third-party cookies: the Stripe payment gateway may use its own cookies during the payment process (on its own page) to prevent fraud.

The test_cookie is stored on Google’s domain (doubleclick.net), not ours: it only appears if you have accepted advertising cookies, expires on its own after 15 minutes and is governed by Google’s cookie policy. When you withdraw your consent, cookies on our domain are deleted automatically; cookies on third-party domains can be removed from your browser settings.
4. How to manage or delete cookies
You can withdraw your consent at any time from the site’s cookie settings panel. In addition, every browser lets you block or delete already-stored cookies from its privacy settings.
5. Updates
We may update this cookie policy to reflect technical or legal changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
