Terms of sale
Terms applicable to booking and paying for Holiboats experiences. Please accept them before completing your booking.

1. Experiences and prices
Holiboats offers boat experiences on a private boat in the Bay of Palma, with a professional skipper included. Prices are fixed all year round:
- Full day (10:00–18:00): €1,100, all included.
- Half day (approx. 4 h): €750, all included.
- Sunset: €480, all included, with a complimentary bottle of cava on board.
- Only optional extra: Mallorcan picnic, €25/person (drinks included).
2. What the price includes
All experiences are "all included": the price covers fuel and the professional skipper. There is no separate fuel cost, and the skipper is not an extra. No boat licence is needed, as a skipper is always on board.
3. Booking and payment process
- You choose the experience, date and extras on the website and see the total price before paying.
- On confirming, a pending booking is created and you are redirected to the secure Stripe gateway to pay.
- Payment is made entirely on Stripe; Holiboats never sees or stores your card details.
- The booking is confirmed once Stripe confirms the payment. You will receive a confirmation email.
- If you do not complete the payment, the pending booking expires and the slot becomes available again.
4. Acceptance of terms
Before paying, you must expressly accept these terms of sale and the cancellation policy. We store the date and version of the terms accepted as proof of your acceptance.
5. Deposit
Holiboats does not require a deposit. As the boat always sails with a professional skipper on board who is in charge of the trip, no security deposit is needed. During the experience you must follow the skipper’s instructions at all times (see section 7).
6. Cancellation policy
Safety is always our priority. Trips go ahead whenever the state of the sea allows safe sailing; rain alone does not mean the booking is cancelled if the sea is in good condition. Holiboats will only cancel a trip when the sea conditions do not allow safe sailing and, in that case, you can choose between rescheduling your booking or receiving a full refund of the amount paid. Refunds are processed through Stripe.
If you are the one cancelling the booking, you may do so up to 10 days before the date of the experience and we will refund 70% of the amount paid. Cancellations made less than 10 days in advance are not entitled to a refund. This is separate from cancellations due to sea conditions described in the previous paragraph, where the refund is full or the date is rescheduled.
7. Safety on board
Sailing is always carried out under the direction of the professional skipper, whose safety instructions must be followed at all times. Holiboats may change the route or reschedule the departure for safety or weather reasons.
